Abilities: Flight, Telekenisis, Heliokenisis Za'asha (or Sascha as he's known on Earth) is an alien from the planet Cygnus (or Kepler-22b as it's known on Earth) who came to Earth to be a superhero! It is a right of passage for every Cygnian child to venture to another planet and preform "missionary work" of some kind and help the native populace in some way. Sascha chose to become a superhero because he thought it would be easy and is only aiming to get the lowest possible grade to still pass his asignment while having the most amount of fun on Earth as he can. At the end of his mission, Sascha is meant to return home as a fully realized adult, but the more time he spends on Earth, the more h realizes he might not want to go back... is it because he fell in love with the people or because he fears that he's failed? It's hard to say.
By nature, Cygnians are a driven, empathetic, and intelligent species. Sascha, is a poor example of his species as he has a carefree and somewhat lazy disposition and falls behind his peers in academics. Because he lacks the academic prowess that seems innate in all Cygnians, Sascha has dreaded what it will mean for him when he becomes an adult and what job will best suit him as he can't picture himself working as a scientist or diplomat. He always felt like his true calling was in entertainment but he showed no apptitude in art or music as a child and was sent down the general Cygnian schooling tract instead. In his heart, he still believes he was meant to perform, at least in some capacity.
Sascha was dreading having to fullfill is mission on Earth until he discovered the Earth profession of being a superhero. To Sascha, being a hero was about pagentry and showing off, more than it was about helping others and he felt confident that he could be a hero too, especially with the advantage of being stronger than the average human and posses abilities that humans lack. Some of his mentors advised against him taking on this role, considering a Cygnian like himself who has never left home has no experience with physical confrontations or crime, but Sascha couldn't be swayed. What Sascha didn't take into account is that superheroes often have to fight super villains, and his lack of skill and experience turly comes through.
